AJ Fernandez Bellas Artes Broadleaf Toro

This cigar has a very smooth dark box press. The aromas from the foot are rich and earthy. The cold draw is perfect. This morning’s beverage is a Chameleon Cold Brew Pecan latte.

The cigar, as expected for a Broadleaf, is raw power. The early retrohale is also very strong. Then again, this is a cigar that looks full bodied. The initial flavors are earthy cocoa. The cigar is burning evenly.

In the first third some sweet spices have joined the flavor profile. The retrohale has settled a bit with a good peppery note. The ash is solid and the burn remains very even.

During the second third the sweetness increases. The sweetness has also appeared in the retrohale. The burn remains even.

Approaching the final inch the complexity of flavors remains excellent. The construction of the cigar is very good. This is a full bodied smoke. 95
