Platinum Nova 484 Nicaragua

Very good looking small cigar with a rich dark wrapper. The cold draw is perfect and elicits a light sweetness.

There is an initial cocoa note over the earthy base common to good Nicaraguan tobacco. The ash is mottled grey and the burn is mostly even.

In the first third the cocoa notes give way to distinct coffee flavors. The cigar is medium to full bodied but very smooth. The ash is holding solid and the burn remains steady.

During the second third the coffee notes deepen over the consistent earthy base; a very good match with a cold brew coffee. The ash remains solid, although it tapped off easily at about halfway. The burn remains even.

Approaching the final inch the flavor profile remains consistent. A good complexity with excellent construction. The ash remains solid and the burn remains steady.

Overall a very good experience. Medium to full bodied and smooth throughout. 9.4/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
