Hiram & Solomon The Sublime Prince

The Ecuadoran Habano Rosado is smooth and inviting. The filler is a blend of Dominican Seco and Ligero tobacco. The cold draw is perfect.

The initial flavors are mostly toasted tobacco. The smoke is thick and medium to full bodied. The ash is mottled grey and the burn is even.

In the first third the spices of the Habano wrapper pick up and a light sweetness is lurking in the background. The early retohale is very peppery. The ash fell off fairly early but the burn remains even.

During the second third the flavor profile picks up a bit more spice from the ligero and picks up some notes of oak, but the smoke remains medium bodied. The ash continues to look solid but drops when I rest the cigar in the ashtray. The burn remains even.

Approaching the final inch the flavor profile remains steady. The ash remains the same and the burn has become somewhat uneven.

Overall a very good medium bodied cigar with excellent complexity and great construction. The finish is a bit heavy. 9.3/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
