La Palina Maduro

This cigar has a very smooth dark wrapper. The tobacco is all Honduran. There are light tobacco aromas from the foot. The draw is a bit light.

The initial flavors are very light. The ash and burn start off even.

In the first third the body of the cigar is very light, not at all what I expected from a cigar with such a dark wrapper. The retohale has almost no flavor. The ash is light grey and very solid. The burn is very even.

During the second third the flavor profile picks up a bit with some light notes of earth and oak. The ash remains solid and the burn remains even.

Approaching the final inch the flavor profile remains very light but steady. The construction is excellent and the the complexity remains the same. The ash and burn remain steady.

Overall a very light smoke that is a bit airy with light smoke. 8.1/10, Joe Bob says check it out if you like light cigars.
