Hiram & Solomon Chabal

This cigar is wrapped in Dominican Corojo 9 leaf, bound with Indonesian Sumatra and filled Dominican Corojo Seco and Viso. The wrapper is smooth and medium brown and the cold draw is perfect.

Initial flavors are earthy with light pepper notes. The ash is mottled grey and looks solid. The burn is mostly even.

In the first third the pepper notes pick up a bit over the earthy base with a very subtle sweetness. The ash remains solid. The burn is starting to go somewhat diagonal.

During the second third the pepper in the flavor profile decreases, leaving a very nice medium bodied smoke. The ash remains solid and the burn self corrected and is now even.

Approaching the final inch the flavor profile remains steady. Medium bodied with a touch of pepper. The ash and burn are excellent. 9.2/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
