Foundation C142 Corona

A very attractive cigar with a dark and somewhat toothy wrapper. The pre-light aromas are very light. The cold draw is perfect with light earthy and light sweet notes. Pairing with a 19 Crimes Snoop Dog Cali Red.

The initial flavors are light and a bit meaty. The mottled grey ash looks good and the initial burn is even.

In the first third the sweetness has dropped off, giving way to a nice earthy base blending with the meaty notes. The wine has a little bitterness to it, but not enough to effect the flavor profile. This is a solid medium to full bodied cigar with plenty of thick smoke. The ash is solid and the burn remains even.

During the second third a light spicy note joins the flavor profile. The meaty notes are fading, leaving a very good toasted tobacco note. The cigar remains nice and smooth. The ash remains solid and the burn remains even.

Approaching the final inch the flavor profile remains steady. The ash remains fairly solid, although it developed a crack so I tapped it, and the burn remains even.

Overall a very good experience. Nice complexity and very good construction. 9.6/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
