This cigar has a nice smooth dark wrapper that is very smooth. The foot has good coffee notes. The cold draw is perfect.

The initial flavor profile is espresso forward. There is also a distinct earthiness to the base. The smoke is medium to full bodied. The early retrohale is slightly sharp. The mottled grey ash looks solid and the burn is perfect.

In the first third the espresso flavors are strong enough to be a bit spicy, like a good European shot. The smoke is thick and flavorful. The ash remains solid, although it fell in the ashtray at about one inch, and the burn remains even.

During the second third the flavor profile remains steady while progressing to a full body. The ash remains solid but continues to drop at intervals. The burn remains even.

Approaching the final inch the flavor profile picks up some black pepper notes, blending well with the espresso and earthy base. The burn remains even and the ash remains solid.

This is not a flavored cigar, but the espresso notes are dominant throughout and would pair very well with black coffee or espresso. The construction is excellent and the complexity is on point. 9.6/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
