Esteban Carreras Unforgiven Corona

This cigar has a dark, oily wrapper. There is an aroma of sweet, rich tobacco from the foot. The cold draw is perfect. Tonight’s beverage is a Yuengling Lager.

Initial flavors include sweetness and pepper. The retohale also has pepper notes present. The ash is medium grey and the burn is even.
In the first third the sweetness develops into plum notes and the pepper on the palate reduces. The retohale is less peppery with some richness to the smoke. The ash looks solid. The burn remains even.

During the second third the sweetness of the flavor profile is enhanced by the light sweetness of the Yuengling, which pairs well with most cigars. Some earthy notes also developed. The retohale remains steady. The ash began to tilt at about 3/4”, but tapped off in a solid chunk. The burn remains even.

Approaching the final inch the flavor profile remains steady. A very nice complexity of earths and plum sweetness with just a touch of pepper. The retohale remains rich and mostly smooth. The ash continues to tap off in solid chunks. The burn remains even; very good construction.

A very good cigar with thick, rich smoke. 9.4/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
