This cigar has a candela wrapper with Maduro hilights at the foot and head. The cold draw is perfect and has a light sweetness.

The initial flavors are medium bodied, alternating to light bodied as the burn evenly between the light and dark wrapper colors. There are earthy notes. The retohale is smooth. The ash is light grey and solid. The burn is even.

In the first third the Maduro notes fade as the burn passes into the candela wrapper. There are sweet grassy notes in the profile. The retohale remains very smooth. The ash remains solid and the burn remains even.

During the second third the flavor profile remains steady. The retohale remains smooth with a light grassiness. The ash fell off in the ashtray in a solid chunk. The burn remains even.

Approaching the final inch the flavor profile builds to medium bodied with earthy flavors and a return of the grassy notes. The ash remains solid and the burn remains even.

Overall a decent candela (not my favorite wrapper, but good for a change of pace). The Maduro rings on the foot make for a good initial complexity. The construction is very good. 8.7/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
