(Miami, Florida) February 6, 2025- Plasencia Cigars, a world-leading premium tobacco grower established in 1865, announces that the Cosecha 151 La Tradition (Toro size) earned the award for “Best Cigar of 2024” by Cigar Journal.

Néstor Andres Plasencia, fifth generation of the Plasencia family stated: “We at Plasencia Cigars are honored to receive this award. We thank Reinhold Widmayer, Publisher of Cigar Journal, and his team for this special recognition.”
The Cosecha 151 was the third installment of the Cosecha series of cigars. The Cosecha 151 name is meant to honor the 151st tobacco crop from the Plasencia farms, which was harvested in 2016. This Honduran puro is sourced from Plasencia’s vast library of tobacco. Medium to full-bodied, this cigar is filled to the brim with creamy and earthy flavor notes, along with a delicately sweetened touch of cocoa.
The Cosecha 151 comes in 10 count boxes and is available in three vitolas.
