At first glance, you see “Connecticut” and think it is a light cigar. You are so wrong. When I asked the rep about it he said, “It smokes like a maduro.”
The Cashmere line is new from Esteban Carreras. It adds to the list of “Connecticuts with backbone” which are becoming increasingly popular among both light and heavy cigar enthusiasts.

The Boolit is the 4×44 presentation of this line. The construction of the wrapper is very smooth with a little sheen in the lights. Looking at the foot is another clue that this is no ordinary Connecticut.

Initial flavors are light, but after the second or third pull you will taste the difference. Earthy and woody with some spice in the retrohale.

Profile is very consistent and the construction is classic Carreras. A very good quickie. 9/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
