This cigar has a very smooth, lightly oily wrapper. The foot releases light tobacco notes. Having a coffee with it. The cold draw is a bit firm, but should open up when the cigar is lit.

The initial flavors are smooth tobacco with a hint of spice. An early retrohale is very smooth. The draw , as predicted, opens up nicely. The ash is light grey and solid looking with a very even burn.

In the first third the flavor profile picks up some earthy flavors and oak aroma. The spice note is more savory than peppery. The as remains solid, but dropped in a solid chunk at about an inch. The burn stays even.

During the second third, the flavor profile remains steady. This is a solid medium bodied smoke. The spice notes are settling into lightly minty basil. The smoke is thick and flavorful. After the drop, the ash returns to mostly solid for about another inch. The burn remains stable.

Approaching the final inch a slight sweetness appears around the edge of the overall profile. The retrohale has picked up some of the spice, although it is more noticeably peppery than on the palate. The ash continues to drop at intervals. The burn remains perfect.

Overall a very good smoke with the coffee. The profile progresses throughout while the body remains medium. Very nice complexity and good construction. 8.9/10, Joe Bob says check it out.
