This cigar has a dark maduro wrapper with a couple of veins. The bunch is nice and firm. There are coffee and cocoa aromas from the foot. The cold draw is a bit tight. This morning’s beverage is a Chameleon Cold Brew latte.
The initial flavors are earthy with some sweetness. There is a light black pepper note in the retrohale. The draw remains a bit firm but produces plentiful smoke. The burn is very even and the light grey ash is solid.
The first third is medium bodied with sweet spice and earthy notes. The draw has opened up some and the smoke remains plentiful. The burn remains even.
During the second third the sweet spice changes from mostly cinnamon to a more minty note. The complexity of flavors is very interesting and is keeping my attention. The cigar went out (my fault) but continues to burn evenly.
Approaching the final inch the complexity of flavors remains excellent. This is a medium bodied cigar with excellent flavors. The construction is also very good. 90
