This is a very attractive box-pressed cigar with a rich Broadleaf wrapper. The foot gave up light notes of coffee and cedar. The cold draw is perfect. Tonight’s beverage is Desert Door Sotol.

Initial flavors are coffee and earth. The early retrohale is peppery. The ash is light grey but fell the first time I set it on the ashtray. The burn is very even.

In the first third the flavor profile settles to a solid medium to full bodied blend of earth and coffee with some white pepper on the edges. The ash continues to fall in the ashtray, but the burn remains even.

Approaching the final inch the pepper picks up while still complementing the coffee and earth notes. The ash continues to drop but the burn remains even.

Overall a very good flavorful smoke. The strength builds throughout and ends up full bodied. Excellent complexity and good construction, 9.5/10. Joe Bob says check it out.
