[Washington, DC — Tue, March 21, 2023] The Premium Cigar Association (PCA) announced today the hiring of Antoine Reid as its new Director of Content. In this new role, Reid will be responsible for overseeing content creation and production for PCA’s various platforms, utilizing PCA’s unique industry position to connect content with retailers, manufactuers, and consumers. In addition, Reid will leverage high-quality content to engage consumers to raise PCA’s profile to enhance comsumer engagement in grassroots advocacy efforts. Antoine’s first day is Tues., March 21.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled that Antoine is joining our team,” said PCA Executive Director Scott Pearce. “With his years of experience, his passion for the industry, and his skill sets, he is going to be a vital asset to PCA and I have no doubt our content and communications are going to accelerate to the benefit of our membership and the industry. Having staffed up recently, and the success we had last year, I am very excited about all of the momentum we have and the many new programs we will be rolling out” said Pearce.

Reid’s primary focus to begin will be creating new digital content, updating the PCA Almanac, and engaging with manufacturers for content and stories leading up to and at the PCA trade show.
