[Washington, DC, Feb 2, 2023] Last night, the Premium Cigar Association (PCA) launched our in-person educational series with a reception honoring Congressional Cigar Caucus Co-Chair Representative Dan Meuser of Pennsylvania’s 9th Congressional District and the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in the United States. The event featured premium cigars from Honduras, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic and was widely attended by Congressional staff, dignitaries, and friends of the association.
